Report a wrong price or a missing plan
Prices change often, and collecting them sometimes fails. If a price on our site doesn’t match the provider’s, please send us:
- the page where you saw it (a link is ideal);
- the provider, data allowance and validity of the plan;
- what the provider’s own website shows now.
For a provider or plan we don’t list yet, send its name and a link to its plans.
Providers and partnerships
Providers are welcome to send catalogue corrections or ask to be added. Commercial agreements never change how plans are ranked; see how we compare eSIM prices.
Questions about an eSIM you bought
We don’t sell eSIMs, so we can’t see your order, issue refunds or activate a plan. For installation, billing or connection problems, contact the provider you bought from. Our eSIM setup checklist covers the usual setup steps.
